- CNIC copy
- Passport size photographs x 2
- Letter from employer
- Salary slips or attested salary certificate for last 3 months
- Bank statement for last 12 months
- Copies of property documents
b. Self-Employed Business persons/Professionals
- CNIC copy

- Proof of Occupation:
- Proprietorship Certificate
- Registered Partnership Deed
- Articles & Memorandum of Association with latest Form A & 29
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in case of Professional
